How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven't received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wrs.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Wheel Repair Services Limited has a seven day return policy which is, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product providing the product is still in new condition unopened (Tyres not to have been fitted to wheels) In most circumstances the customer will always have to pay the freight.

Goods sold on a door to door basis may be returned within seven days, and any goods which are deemed to have manufacturers defect or fault will be exchanged or refunded. This is the only time refunds will be offered, or where we are obligated to refund under the consumers guarantee act 1993.

Returning:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Please reuse the original packaging where possible. All item(s) should be well packed, thus avoiding any further damage. We will not be able to accept returned goods if damaged due to poor return packaging.

You will find the size of your tyre is printed on the rim ( side of your tyre).

Speed Rating

Width ( 195 ) of the tyre in millimetres.

Height ( 55 ) of the tyre sidewall as a percentage of the width.

Diameter (R16 ) of the tyres inner rim

Load Rating ( 87 ) of the tyre.

V - Speed Rating indicates the maximum speed for the tyre at full load.
